To access our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information.
You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Our services are provided on a subscription basis with the following payment terms:
Current pricing is displayed on our website and may be subject to change with 30 days notice. All prices are in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) unless otherwise specified.
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Late payments may result in service suspension.
Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period.

You retain ownership of content you upload to our service. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display your content as necessary to provide our service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MenuLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
This includes damages for loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with appropriate notice.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Termination will be effective at the end of your current billing period.
We may terminate your account immediately for breach of these terms, non-payment, or any conduct that we determine to be harmful to our service or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. We may delete your account and data, though we will provide reasonable opportunity to export your data.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
We encourage resolution of disputes through direct communication. If formal proceedings are necessary, both parties agree to the jurisdiction specified above.
